Houston Gym is hands down- the best gym in HTown! Staff is phenomenal, trainers are excellent. The fitness programs are first class, and I highly recommend!

I’ve been a member of Houston Gym for 16 years. It is great place to work out — no nonsense and a great place for people serious about their exercise. The Gym also has great trainers — including Aldric McCardell who keeps me in shape!

Amazing place, me and my brother both hit prs in this gym and it felt ANABOLIC. The atmosphere along with the metal weights makes it so much better. If you live in houston or are just visiting it and looking for an inexpensive workout come here. Along with the gym itself the owner was extremely accommodating and helpful.

I've been a member at Houston Gym for 24 years, and I can honestly say that it's more than just a gym, it really is a community of extended family. Members come from across the greater Houston area, and provide an atmosphere of mutual support for everyone's bodybuilding and fitness goals. Experienced and friendly training staff, as well. Definitely a Houston legend.

I’ve been in Houston a long time and this is by far my favorite gym! Aldric, my trainer, is the best and hilarious, which makes every workout fly by. Aldric is the best but all the training staff and management are so kind and friendly. If you’re looking for the gym where you walk in and everyone knows your name (or your nickname in my case), then this is the place for you. Best community and best gym!

Houston gym is a great place to workout and train. I’m getting closer to a year here and happy to say that I’ve totally enjoyed it. Adam and the staff are amazing/bring a sense of community here. It’s never too busy as well, even at peak hours on the weekdays. This is an easy choice for a gym when you have all these pros that come with it.
